California Family Code § 6228 provides that victims of the alleged crimes, listed above, may receive a copy of their incident report within five days of their request, free of charge. Effective Tuesday, July 6, 2021, SFPD Police Headquarters at 1245 Third Street will reopen to the public after a temporary closure due to the COVID pandemic.

• You, or someone you’ve spoken to, knows who committed the crime

• There is potential evidence that can be collected or something was left behind by the suspect
