The zipper attachment is always a game changer. Because I have to wear body armor under the uniform the stretch sides help with comfort. I have always liked the hook loop pocket design as opposed to the regular buttons.
The radio clip is definitely a plus to not need another device to hold one in place. The satin? Around the neck and shoulders help with durability. Overall it gives a crisp professional design.
I am not in law enforcement but I was looking for this type of uniform shirt to wear with jeans. Bauer makes this model in many different fabrics but I am happy to have chosen the wool version. There are many features on this shirt that IMO hold up better with heavier weight material.
Just the same it breathes very well for warmer weather. I recommend going with this wool version for durability and fabric quality unless you need a specific fabric for work. Fit is tailored and the body length is long enough to secure itself when tucked into pants.

Gov. Ron DeSantis hopes to sign into law a plan that gives $5,000 signing bonuses for new recruits or experienced officers from other states willing to come to Florida.
Jones thinks the governors proposal could be a good draw for a legion of officers across the country who feel undervalued after a 2020 summer of unrest in major cities following the murder of George Floyd by a police officer in Minneapolis.

A: Vision test– Candidates’ vision must be 20/30 or better corrected and at least 20/100 or better uncorrected with each eye tested separately. Candidates who wear corrective lenses must bring their glasses or contact lenses to the examination. Color vision will also be evaluated. The use of color deficiency corrective devices of any type is prohibited.
Hearing test- Candidates ability to hear a tone of varying decibels across a range of frequencies will be evaluated. Each ear is tested separately. Blood pressure– Candidates must have controlled blood pressure of no greater than 140/90 with a pulse of fewer than 100 beats per minute. It is suggested that candidates refrain from the use of products containing caffeine and/or other stimulants for 24 hours prior to their medical exam.
Electrocardiogram– Every candidate will have an EKG performed to screen for cardiac abnormalities
Physical exam– Every candidate will be asked to complete a Medical Questionnaire listing their medical history. Then, using this history and the results of the above testing as a guide, the candidate will be questioned and physically examined by a Police Department doctor or physician assistant.
