Halifax Regional Police Cadet Training
Applicants who successfully progress through the application process will complete a 38-week practical training program through Halifax Regional Police: HRP Police Science Program. The tuition for the program is $10,000. Funding is available through the Nova Scotia Student Assistance Office for qualified candidates as the Halifax Regional Police Training School is now a recognized private career college. Become A Cadet Instructor Cadre Officer
Officers of the Cadet Instructors Cadre are members of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve working as part of the Cadet Organizations Administration and Training Service . In terms of higher education levels, we found that 3.4% of Cadets have master’s degrees. Even though most Cadets have a college degree, it’s possible to become one with only a high school degree or GED.
Choosing the right major is always an important step when researching how to become a Cadet. Under the new policy, all employees in the Core Public Administration will be required to confirm their vaccination status. This includes all members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and cadets.
